Natural Environment Conservation Activities
[Commendation Activities]
The foundation recognizes individuals and organizations making outstanding achievements in the conservation and appropriate use of the natural environment in Hokkaido with two awards.
•Maeda Ippoen Award
The foundation has presented this award annually since 1995.
•Ippoen Junior Natural Environment Award
The foundation has supported activities by children in their role as architects of humanity's future since 2010.

顕彰事業
前田一歩園賞
北海道の自然環境の保全とその適正な利用に関して、道内各地で地道な努力を重ね、顕著な功績のあった個人、団体に「前田一歩園賞」を贈呈しています。平成30年度までに34個人と35団体が表彰されました。

一歩園ジュニア自然環境賞
平成22年度より北海道の自然環境の保全とその適正な利用に関して、特色ある活動を実践する小中学生を中心とした団体に「一歩園ジュニア自然環境賞」を贈呈し、北海道の自然環境の未来を担う子供たちの活動を応援しています。平成30年度までに14団体が表彰されました。
